Food Loop in Rust

Mega unusual idea. It's very fun. However, the food was absolutely not my taste except for the fries. Dishes are really very small portioned

The food is really great in terms of taste! But I think the portions are a bit small for such a high price! But for that you get something offered like nowhere else!

Was there on 10/15/20 with my son. It was a great experience. Should be done once. Price a bit overpriced, but you have to expect it in an amusement park. Portions could also be a bit bigger. But all in all a great experience

Can't understand the good reviews, not only that you wait forever for a free table that you can decide for yourself to queue or not, but what you get is just disappointing. I haven't eaten such a bad burger in a long time. I can only advise against hiring you.

Had to wait nearly one hour to enter and then the food was terrible. Super disappointed. The loop system is not that great either. Also there are only big round tables so you have to share a table with strangers, even during Corona times. At least distances are kept. The only positive thing is the free WiFi.

A visit to the Europapark always includes lunch in the food loop. Ingenious idea and even more so in times of corona - as it is almost contactless. Food comes in a potty over the roller coaster on the ceiling. Unfortunately there is only one table whose food arrives through the loop. But all eyes are constantly looking there. Impressive. Prices are already very high - but also due to the location. You have to take into account standing in line - but tolerable after 3:30 p.m.

Good restaurant, the lanes on which the food is served are nice to look at. Only the waiting times to get a table are very long. The quality of the food is the same as in the other restaurants in the park, which is why I only recommend it to those who really want to see the "loops". All in all, the visit was a nice experience.

We were here on a Corona weekday so we had to wait a bit before we could go to the restaurant. We found the system with the rails very funny, and both my wife and I really enjoyed the food. The prices are ok too. The ceiling decoration with the history of the Europapark is interesting and shortens the already short waiting time for the food.

A great experience! The food is really good and becomes an event here by the way. Order at the terminal and the food or drinks will come to your table on a slide. You only pay for a real person. Recommendable

Cool but the food sucks.

Especially with our little son, eating in the Loop Restaurant was very relaxed. The little one had something to look at and still ate well.

We ate in 2019 while staying at Europa Park. Fun way to order dishes via tablet at the table, especially for children. You pay directly at the exit with a card delivered at the entrance. Decent food, very busy at peak times. To try.

The food is really tasty and reasonably priced. The quality is very good. There is something for everyone to enjoy. You should take the waiting times in front of the Food Loop Restaurant. Once inside, you will be served very quickly and you can enjoy your meal in comfort. The hygiene concept is adhered to and, in my opinion, well implemented. We were allowed to take a seat on the first floor and felt looked after. There is no time limit and you can stay in your place. We'd like to stop by again.

Really great concept! You choose a meal on a tablet and it arrives at you looping! Very fast, but still a very long line to get there and a lot of wait. Remember to book! To do once. The little train arrives directly in front of the door. On the other hand, food not very good and a bit expensive. Other restaurants in the park are much better and cheaper.

The food was good, but came mostly for the experience. Was super cool watching our food come down on the coaster track.

I just loved it. The concept is great, there is a real looping on some tables, very good and of good quality for an unbeatable price. In addition if you do not speak German don't panic, all the control is done using a touch screen available in German, French or English. Very friendly welcome all the same ☺️

Fun restaurant where food ordered on the computer arrives directly at the table in the lane of a rollercoaster. A little expensive, but the particularity of the service is the setting justifies it. During peak hours there is a discreet queue at the entrance, it is better to anticipate or postpone the usual lunch hours.

Cool restaurant but Heidi the hostess at the front was EXTREMELY rude, and when I tried to bring up the situation to her that she could simply be a bit nicer, she just threatened to kick us out, instead of trying to understand. I get that she’s trying to do her job but she doesn’t have to be rude and yell at customers waiting in line. Simply unacceptable for a restaurant and someone who is being paid to SERVE guests.

Tasty and fast but not that clear when ordering. We also do not really know what the purpose of 4 tickets was, 1 ticket is sufficient per family. Not for big eaters though, rather small portions.

This is the 2nd time we eat in this restaurant. The concept is really great! Everything is well thought out down to the details. The control system is intuitive and easy to use. Staff are efficient in cleaning tables. The food is very correct, compared to the proposed price (21 € for 2 people, main course-dessert-drink). The portions are generous, we advise you to order your meals as and when your appetite is met and not all of a sudden, because we would not have had a dessert given the size of our dishes! Only the drinks are too expensive for us. And it's a shame that the wait to get back to the restaurant is so long! ..

A bit long waiting time to return but mainly due to the health context. The concept is so original and funny and we ate well. Despite 2 ordering errors, we don't hold it against them because it's really fun to see your meal coming down the pipes 🤣🤣 A must at EuropaPark !!!

The restaurant itself is pretty innovative and fun to experience and it does have a lot of potential. The only problem is that the food is underwhelming. It’s great to watch your food travel in small pots to your table via the loops but it should also taste good. I had the tomato cream soup which tasted alright but the veal with mushroom cream sauce and spätzle was simply horrible I couldn’t eat more than two spoons. The meat texture was completely off it did not taste like meat and the sauce didn’t taste even remotely like the rahmsauce that I usually love but instead tasted like water with too much vegetable broth thickened with starch . Still giving two stars because the restaurant is interactive and fun for all age groups.

A fun twist on self-service food! We enjoyed a sit down meal with our 8, 6, 3 year-old children without the stress of a formal meal. All 5 of us were entertained with learning, using, sharing the order device. 1.5 hrs flew by.

This place serves some of the best food in Europa-Park, though quality depends on the dish: some dishes are outstanding, others simply very good. There's always a waiting line and it takes some getting used to figuring out the digital ordering system. But once you do, your mealtime will be smooth sailing: thanks to the restaurant's unique food delivery system - which is not just innovative and entertaining to watch - food can be delivered efficiently (some dishes, like burgers, fries, and soda drinks even arrive almost as soon as the order is placed) and without the need for interaction with restaurant personnel - who might otherwise be swamped with work, forget your order, etc. All in all the best place by far to eat when in Europa-Park!

Unfortunatelly, my chicken sandwich was not good, but my wife pasta was ok ... my sister in law liked the meet dish... They did not have any swetner instead of sugar (for mt coffee) which I was disapointed as well. My sandwich arrived on the wrong table which I do understand does happens... but I was sad since the purpose of the restaurant was to receive your food from the food tracks .... Disapointed !!!

Best park ever. Great rollercoasters, excellent theming and friendly staff. Even the food is very good for themepark standards. Take two or three days to do everything. It is worth it.
